fdm load error while opening payables(vision operation) responsibilty

Hi All,

When I open payables(vision operation) responsibilty I am getting the below error APP-FND 01564 oracle error 1436  in FDM LOAD. When I click ok I am getting as there is no valid navigations for this responsibilty. Please help me.
