How to print special characters in xml output

Hi Everyone,
    I am developing custom report using plsql. which should give me XML output.

Issue: I want to print all the specials character that are fetched from my query.

I have already tried  ''CDATA'' , "HTF.ESCAPE_SC" commands but nothing has worked out.


Please help me in this.
