11.5.10 adpatch failed to generate product JAR files in patch 6502082

Hi,

applying 6502082 as prereq to 7429248. Tail of patch log file below.  Since we ran this, none of the responsibilities have menus anymore.  Can't even run a diagnostic through the apps.

Calling ...../dev1comn/util/java/1.4/j2sdk1.4.2_04/bin/java ...
The JDK version is 1.4.2_04
