Iprocurement - change item to differnt categorie

Hello
I have an item assigned to eg category fleet  (mapped to shopping category fleet)
- and i see the item in Iproc -

- then I change the item to a different category - lets say - CLeaning (also this one is mapped as shopping category - cleaning)

then I search my item via its description in the main store
-- still the category says -- fleet and not cleaning ...
(we are on R12)

when/how is  this new info reflected then in Iproc..
