Account and Country Name in Reports

Hi All,

     I have a query related to reports display. I have a report which is created based on opportunity history. I have placed the below columns as part of this report (Account Name/ Parent Account Name/ Country). The challenge here is I need to display Parent Account Name as first column & then then Country related to Parent Account & then the Account Name and then the deals.

Currently if I add the country field it shows the country name related to each account and not specific to parent account. Do we have any option to just add some filter in the reports and get this displayed without doing adding a new field and modifying existing records ?
