Error when approving a purchase order

Hello all,

I'm on an upgrade project, from release 11.5.2 to 12.1.3.

After all the patches were applied, I tried to create a PO, but I get an error when clicking on Approve button.

This also happens if I try to approve from Work Buyer Center.

Error message :

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20002: 3103: Attribute 'FPDSNG_FLAG' does not exist for item 'XXPOAPRV/270626-62023'.

ORA-06512: at "APPS.PO_REQAPPROVAL_INIT1"

I'm sending a doc with the print.

Does anybody knows this issue?
