Help with workflow when Opportunity modifed

I have a requirement to send an email notification when any field is updated on the Opportunity page.  I have the following workflow set up:

Record type Opportunity

When Modified record saved

Send email with opportunity name and account name

The issue is that multiple emails are triggered if several fields are updated at once.  I only need one email when one or more fields is updated.  Does anyone have any solution?
