Terms due on chargeback

Folks,

I would just like to know if anyone has seen this and have any idea on what occurred.

We had a chargback created on an invoice through the adjusments. The chargeback created just fine with terms of IMMEDIATE which we have used for years. The invoice date was 8/9/12 and the chargeback was created on 1/3/13. The due date that calculated on this chargeback was 12/31/2031. Everyother chargeback created that day calculated to 1/3/13. Only this one has the due date so wierd.

Has anyone seen this before?
Any ideas how it happened? Scratching my head on this one.
