Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC)

dbca and netca files not found

Dear All Expert,
After installation Oracle Database 11g Release 2, I change directory to $ORACLE_HOME/bin then I try to run these files (./dbca and ./netca) but error message appears "Not found such as file " mean not found these files although I re-install this Database.

Please kindly give advice for this.
