cannot install VM Manager (3.1.1) with option 2

Dear All,
I try to install Oracle VM Manager (3.1.1) with Oracle Database 11g Release 2 are in the same Server by selecting option 2 but got error message below:

 erifying configuration ...
The database could not be reached using the provided connection info.
            Io exception: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection
Configuration verification failed ...


Please kindly give advice.
