N4prod- ORA-16810 multiple errors or warnings detected for the database

We are facing recently below issues in  our production environment in oracle data guard . how to resolve this issues .

DGMGRL> connect /
Connected.
DGMGRL> show configuration

Configuration - prod

  Protection Mode: MaxAvailability
  Databases:
    N4prod      - Primary database
      Error: ORA-16810: multiple errors or warnings detected for the database

    N4Proddr - Physical standby database
      Error: ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor



kindly  advise us how to troubleshoot this issues
