Latest Version/Release of Oracle EBS

Hi,
Want to setup New environment for Oracle EBS that includes HRMS, PAYROLL, GL, ASSETS etc. I just came to know what is the lates version of R12 and from where i can get it. The edelivery shows the  version Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.1 only but i think that Release 12.2.X is also announced by oracle. am i right?
