Print report from OMW and JDE

I use dot matrix printer(EPSON LQ-2180 Impact Printer) to print voucher, it is printed on a "printed" sheet. I place the database fields accordingly to align with the printed sheet.
Now, the issue is.
When I print from OMW->Report->Run, every database fields coincides with each printed field.
Then I deployed the report, ran from JDE. The alignment is different. Why ?
