How to Identify I/O issues Due to Tablespaces

Hi All,i need your kind guidence. actualy we are running 10.2.0.4 on linux. and application have only one major schema and schema have only one TBS and its DB files are placed in one mount point.one thing i want to mention here is index tablespace is diffrent and Data TBS is difrrent.  now we want to identify either single data TBS is fine or if there are some I/O bottelnecks.if we have IO bottlenect then we can plan to seperate application data on diffrent TBS. ?

can any one tell me how i can identify TBS IO issue.
