R12.1.3 : Pre-requisite patch question

Hi,

I am applying applying RPC 14307553 patch which require 9449218:R12.OKL.B as pre patch.
But 9449218 require 9172279 as pre patch that is for 12.1.2.

My question is should I apply 9449218 as pre patch for 14307553 ? I am in 12.1.3
