Oracle Spatial

I have Oracle v11g and same  geokoordinate data.
I have  SDO two-dimensional X, Y polygon data in the form of Oracle Spatial, which I downloaded Oracle SDO_GEOMETRY in a table.
I have a data point X, Y, like 335355,  8535548How to find ORACLE SQL sentence, if a selected point X, Y within pologona or not.
