AP Functional Differences between R12.0 and R12.1?

Is there a handy whitepaper or PowerPoint presentation on the functional differences in Payables between EBS R12.0 (12.0.6) and R12.1 (12.1.3)?

I cannot seem to find anything on MOS. Everything's geared toward differences between 11i and R12.0/R12.1.
