Error trying to access SLA Diagnostic Setup test after applying patch - 12.1.1
We are on 12.1.1. We are being requested by an Oracle analyst (for a service request we have open) to run the Oracle XLA Setup Diagnostics script (note 942262.1). We do not have this test so we applied patch 8761390 as per note 942252.1. We can now see the Subledger Accounting application along with the test folders in Applications Diagnostics module, but the tests are not there. We are getting this error message: “A few tests might be corrupted. Those tests will not be visible in the HGrid.Please see logs for more details”.
The Diagnostic FAQ (2535307.1) states this message could be caused by the test executable already being obsolete for our version. Also, the test catalog for 12.1.1 (783319.1) does not show this test. It only shows the GL Transfer Diagnostic. Can anyone confirm whether or not this test is available for 12.1.1?
