Question on Contact Center Anywhere FP9 Availability

Hello,
There is a open question on the availability of the latest Contact Center Anywhere (CCA) FP9 fix pack.  Can some clarification be provided?
There earlier was an alert on the availability and use of FP9 which raise some questions.
