Planning 11.1.2.2.300, 301 and 302 patches

We are currently implementing Oracle Hyperion Planning application  release 11.1.2.2 and have several open issues such as

 1- Adding Supporting Details does NOT work through Hyperion form.

 2- Doing Adjutments  does not work through Hyperion form.

 Can you please let us know If any of you who are on release 11.1.2.2 already applied any of the patch?

    - 1.1.2.2.300, and or,  Planning 11.1.2.2.301 and or Planning 11.1.2.2.302?

If you did what was your experince after applying theses patch works?

Howlong does it take to run these patch works?

What are the testing that you need to plan to do after applying this patch works?
