Patch Availability for CCA 8.1.3 FP9 for Business Events Creation Problem?

Hi,
There has been a question on the availability of a patch for a problem which shows when users are attempting to create a Business Event within the CCA Admin Manager.  What happens is that a single Business Event is able to be created but no additional ones can be created unless you log off/on.

Is there a patch available for this?
