crsctl start crs gives CRS-4000: Command Start failed, or completed with errors
Two nodes RAC.
The CRS does not start.
sudo crsctl start crs
Password:
CRS-4640: Oracle High Availability Services is already active
CRS-4000: Command Start failed, or completed with errors.
OS is:
Linux sso-ata12.testenv.local 2.6.9-89.0.20.0.1.ELsmp #1 SMP Tue Feb 2 22:49:34 EST 2010 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Due to the power failure this morning, everything were rebooted including storage for this RAC.

When I try to start asm instance, with ORACLE_SID=ASM
