File System utilities in Siebel

Dear Team,

We have upgraded Sieble system, now customer want to migrate there file system. So i was going through vaious ulities provided by oracle

ssezip80.exe

sseunzip80.exe

ssemuzip80.exe

So wanted to know how to approach to  decompress the files. saf of siebel from old file system and again compress siebel file...

Secondly in Siebel application level what all we need to chage from file system path prospective..

Appreciiate inputs.
