Voluntary Deduction not on SOE

I setup a new voluntary Deduction.  Created the link.  Assigned it to Employees.  when Payroll ran the deduction was reflectied in the check amount on the Nacha file to the bank.

Why would it not be included in the deductions or net pay on the SOE?
