How to start OSwatcher from boot time?

I have installed oswatcher 5.2.0.1 for BASH. I would like to go for Zipping option and automatic start up from boot time.Previously there used to be Doc ID:580513.1 which say how to start OSWatcher from boot time but it seems to be unavailable.

These are my queries:

1. How can i gzip the oswatcher log files?
2.How to start OSWatcher from boot time?
