Hi Team,

The adpatch encountered following errors dueing patch 6678700.

FAILED: file pereirsd.sql on worker  1.
FAILED: file peasgasd.sql on worker  2.
FAILED: file peaeiasd.sql on worker  3.

Worker 1 log:

sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/ddmh2i/oracle/apps/apps_st/appl/per/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/pereirsd.sql
