Does the Upgrade Historical Subledger Transaction Accounting Program support Trade Management?

Hi,

Please clarify if the Upgrade Historical Subledger Transaction Accounting Program supports the 'Trade Management' application? I am looking to upgrade the deduction related accounting done in trade management to the SLA tables in R12.

Any help at the earliest will be appreciated.
