Create accounting report output is useless

 Hi, Please help us for the following issue

1 – We submit update matured bills payable status request.

2 – We submit create accounting request.

3 – We find the error 95359.

4 – We submit note 1360390.1 single transaction for one check to know the solution.

5 – We got signature 48 and the solution is note number 1125533.1

6 – DBA applied this note and its patch  10300045 .

7 – We re - submit create accounting request we find its output is useless as attached.

Please help.
