 I have a  10gr2 RAC  one node failed and i have done  full system install (AIX)  i followed the procedure Removing a Node from a 10gR1 RAC Cluster [ID 269320.1] but got stuck at ASM instace level

srvctl add asm -n xyz -i +ASM1 -o /oracle/product/db
PRKS-1003 : Failed to register CRS resource for ASM instance "+ASM1" on node "aspd01", [CRS-0211: Resource 'ora.xyz.ASM1.asm' has already been registered.]
