EnterpriseOne Integration with Active Direcctory

Hi,
Can anyone line out few valid reasons in for and against Integration of EnterpriseOne with Active directory.

In our infrastructure we are running Active Directory but JDE is not integrated with ADDS.

In near future if I find any real good reasons in for of the fact I would suggest Management to integrate JDE with ADDS.
