Infinity Loop at Oracle BI Publisher 10.1.3.4

Hello everybody!
I am using Oracle BI Publisher 10.1.3.4 and I am facing a problem:
when I try to create a folder or a report, the browser stays in "infinity loop" and nothing happens. The same happens when I try to rename or delete a folder or a report. The worst part of it is that nothing appears in log files. I tested it in two browsers: Internet Explorer 8 and Firefox 10.0.4.

Any ideas about this problem?
