Disable Sourcing Rule in Requisitions

 Hi,
  Please suggest me on this issue.  We have a  Default Sourcing Assignment set attached at the site level in the profile options. In the Assignment set it is assigned at the global level. At the time of creating requisitions the source organization  is defaulting from the Assignment set for every line which I assume is a standard functionality. This is overriding the preferences as well. Could any one help by letting me know as how to prevent the source field not being populated without changing the profile options.  We could remove manually but would prefer not being populated in the first
