Copy Item Costs Across Organizations -- URGENT

Hello Gurus,
I have an issue with Based on Rollup Flag is getting checked for BUY item after I submitted "Copy Item Costs Across Organizations".


Issue Details:-

Item Name # TEST_FLAG
Item Assigned to 2 org# ATT & TPC (in ATT item type is "Make" and UOM is "Pound" whereas in TPC item type is "BUY" and UOM is "KG")

Item Cost in ATT # $10 - Based on Rollup flag is Checked
Item Cost in TPC # $0 - Based on Rollup flag is UnChecked

Performed "Copy Item Costs Across Organizations" in TPC from ATT org.
Copy Option  - Merge and update existing Costs"
From Cost type - Frozen
