In Oracle R12.1.3
Oracle Inventory> Transaction :receiving: try to open Period Rates Form error Given below .


FRM-40010: Cannot read from /Application_GL_TOP_PATH/ US/forms/GLXRTPER.fmx

When I check form and fmx in desired location  .Form and fmx are not available in the location .
