OTM 5.5 Withdraw Tender When Enroute-Completed status - regarding

Hi,

     I have an Order Release and the order having a shipment which the shipment status was ENROUTE COMPLETED.

Question 1:

    Is there any Possible without withdraw the tender would i be able unassign the shipment?(it is in shipment Mangement-->BUY Shipment)

Question 2:

   In OTM 5.5 I withdrew the tender but the shipment status was ENROUTE COMPLETED. 

   How can i withdrew the tender having ENROUTE COMPLETED status. is it possible?

Please help me with this.
