Users Forms -Display employee number

Hello,

I'm looking for a way to display the employee number related to the Person on the User Form's.

When selecting the Persons in the list we can see it.  But when we inquire the user after we do not see it anymore. We need to see it for further validation.

We think to put it at the display only of the Name of the Person (Ex: 56780-Brown Bob).

Other suggestion?
