Hiding Standard Searches and Reports

We are currently in the beginning stages of supplier access to out Agile system.

One of the people on this project is asking if there is a way to completely hide searches from users. I have figured out how to make sure they cannot run the standard searches and reports, but the links are still visible when the user is logged in.

Does anyone out there know if it is possible to hide the links to Searches and Reports?
