Laptop Shutdown Issues

With Oracle MFS Laptop installed on a Windows 7 laptop we find the the shutdown process hangs and prevents normal shutdown or restart. Is anyone else seeing the same issue on any version of Oracle MFS Laptop on a Window 7 system?
