How to Attribute All the items in the Master organization to All the organizations in the Operating

 Dear AlI will like to attribute all the items in the Master organzation to the other organization in the Operating Unit. POs of items that are not in a particular oragization cannot be received in the oranization. I want all the items to be attributed to all the organizations. You help is greatly needed.
