not able to find a receipt for a cybersource transaction

 Hi,
We were not able to find the receipt for the transaction. The transaction is of Credit card type. Could see the details in 
IBY_FNDCPT_TX_EXTENSIONS and IBY_FNDCPT_TX_OPERATIONS tables but we can not find them in iby_trxn_summaries_all also we do not any eveidence of receipt creation for the affected transaction but we have the payment received in cybersource.
