Associating Campaigns to Contacts

I have a report that shows all VP1 contacts with no activity. I now need to create a report that will show who has campaigns filtering on the previously mentioned report. Every time I try to do this, plenty of contacts populate, but the Campaign Name is always Unspecified with a Campaign Id of -11. What am I doing wrong?
