Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. We have upgraded EBS application 12.1.2 to 12.1.3. The patch 9239090 was applied for this upgrade.

Business analyst team ran patch wizard for 12.1.3 recommended patches.

They found 80+ patches to apply 12.1.3 environment.

Please suggest us how to merge 80+ patches and reduce our maintenance/downtime.

Can we merge all these listed patches?
