Is there any way to allocate only hard reserved qty and backorder the remaining qty ?

I got one requirement , where user hard reserved the qty in sales order , they are doing pick release wit auto allocate and auto create delivery as Yes ,

Requirement is they want to pick the hard reserved qty only , rest should get backordered.


Is there any way to allocate only hard reserved qty and backorder the remaining qty ?
