Questions about Webforms

1) Does it allow for any form of saving on the respondents part so that they can come back and fill it up again at where they left off? Especially if the form could be abit long

2) There is a "page break" option but we noticed that there is no "Back" button after the respondents go to the next page. Is there any setting? we have to tweak or the only way is to make all the questions mandatory? (not preferred for us)
