Regarding:RXi: Mass Change Preview Report Error

 Hi All,

While am trying the change the life period of assets, Mass Change Preview Report is completing with normal where as concurent request RXi: Mass Change Preview Report is Completed with Error. Its showing "Mass Reclass status is Error, should be Completed" in the log file which i have extracted.

Kindly suggest me the solution ASAP, for reference please find the attachment.
