NLS patch 6678700 : Performance Issue

Hi All


what options we can use for 6678700 NLS Patches .. to avoid them taking long time .. We have 4 NLS languages although we have merged the patches but still would like to know if any options can be used

On both admin & web/forms nodes we have the below OS configurations.

Memory size: 32640 Megabytes

CPU :- 1

We have already applied the patch 8576725 .
