Error while applying patch 4483674

Hi Team,
Getting the below error while applying the patch 4483674. Please let me know how to proceed?
I got the Note Id: Error Ora-20000 Applying Patch Amw.E [ID 403784.1]

Not able to find any note id for error ORA-01403: no data found for the patch 4483674. Please let me know how to proceed for this error.
