Strange behavior of HTML report when reduce the window

Hi!
When running any report in HTML format ( DESFORMAT=HTMLCSS ) we get a strange situation.
Some of report’s columns data have special symbols like "-", "/" etc.
When reduce the widow with report so, that this column is involved, values are "split" at position of these symbols.
Attached example shows it.

Does anyone know what’s up?
Reports 10g.
