Applying January 2013 CPUs on 12.1.2 base level

Hi,

In the document 1499376.1, the following was found:

"Customers on any of the following Oracle E-Business Suite code levels are supported for January 2013 Critical Patch Update (CPUJan2013), and can apply the patches listed in this document:
 •Release 12.1 - 12.1.1 and higher with ATG 12.1.3 (R12.ATG_PF.B.Delta.3)"

Our version is 12.1.2. Do we need to apply this patch?
