Post Patch 13651260:R12.FRM.B EXCEL Output Issue

Hi,
Customer applied this patch 13651260:R12.FRM.B as he was getting an issue, while trying to publish FSG report output in Excel 2010 with EXPANSION VALUE as ALL and the entire application MS Office 2010 would hang.

Post applying the patch the issue got solved.

Now, a new issue is observed where the EXCEL output generated has a picture / logo and extra lines before the report header starts.

I have uploaded the screenshot for your reference.
